Every model is hand-inspected before dispatch and packed in a custom 5-layer carton built specifically for scale models, with packing foam inside that fills the void around the manufacturer box so the model cannot shift in transit. We dispatch promptly after payment and ship worldwide via insured express service with full real-time tracking. A dispatch notification with the carrier delivery estimate is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse. Every parcel is insured at full value — damage in transit is fully replaced.

What is your return and warranty policy?

14-day return window under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). Return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — processed within 14 days of receiving the return, the legal timeline set by the EU directive. Damaged in transit? Send photos promptly after delivery and we ship a replacement free of charge, no questions asked.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-orders let you reserve upcoming models before they enter production. Allocations are strict — limited editions typically run from 99 to 1,500 pieces and routinely sell out before delivery. Once a run closes, that model may never be produced again. You pay the full price upfront, lock in your allocation slot, and we ship within 48 hours of arrival at our Częstochowa warehouse. Cancellations available until the manufacturer confirms allocation.

Where do your models come from?

New models come directly from authorized European distributors in original manufacturer packaging — Norev (France 1946), Minichamps (Germany 1990), GT Spirit (France 2014), AUTOart (Hong Kong 1998), OttOmobile (France), IXO (Portugal), Kyosho (Japan) and many more. Used models arrive through curated private collections and estate purchases, each individually inspected and graded before listing. Zero third-party resellers, zero aftermarket reproductions — every catalogue entry is verifiable against the manufacturer's official production record.

What is a diecast model car?

A diecast model car is a scaled replica cast from zinc-aluminum alloy under high pressure — heavier, more detailed and more durable than plastic toys. What is the difference between diecast and resin models?

What's the difference between 1:18 and 1:43 scale model cars?

1:18 scale models measure approximately 24–26 cm in length — large enough to show engine bays, interior detail and articulated suspension.
